Cancellations
Any cancellations made within 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total treatment/s cost.
Any ‘no shows’ or cancellations made within 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to your total treatment/s cost.
Please contact me prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment
will be considered to be missed and you will have to pay a ‘no show’ charge.
There is a 48 hour window to pay your
cancellation charge. If you fail to pay in this time period then any future appointments will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to
book in with me.
Lash Policies
I do not fill in other technician’s work, a removal and fresh set will be required.
Please arrive to your appointment with no eye make-up on.
If you have worn strip lashes on top of your lash extensions and this has affected the bonds or quality of your individual extensions, a removal and a fresh set will be required.
Lash infills are required every 2-3 weeks, anything over 3 weeks be charged as a full set.
If you have less than 50% of your lash extensions remaining whilst attending your infill appointment this will be charged as a full set.
Nail Policies
I do not infill other technician’s work and a removal and fresh set will be required.
Whilst attending your acrylic infill or gel extensions appointment, if there are any missing nails that need to be re-applied This will be charged at an extra £2 per nail.
Any fixes outside of the scheduled maintenance appointment will be charged at £5 per nail.
Parental consent is needed for anyone under the age of 18.
No refunds will be given after leaving
the salon.
I will happily fix any problems that occur within 24 hours of your appointment for free.
Lash Extensions
Mini Fills
These ‘mini’ infill slots are for half an hour for girls on the go or who just hate having to lie for too long.
I will do as much as I can in that half an hour slot to fill your lashes back out.
